Good evening everyone I am after some advice my DH has been having serious pain in his heal it comes on in spasam and is so bad it has been reducing him to tears very hard to see a 45 year old man cry and not know how to help him , anyway he has seen a doctor who has adviced him to take strong ibroprophen ( soory not sure if this is spelt right) and they have also taken blood . I wondered if there was any one out there that could shed some light on what it may be and if we shoudl be worried .

I dont think it helps that he works a 12 hour shift standing operating a machine everyday and I think this has possibly made the problem worse , sorry for the long thread and thanks in advance for any answers.

just wanted to send a , nothing worse than a loved one in pain - hope he gets sorted soon, and persevere with the ibuprofen as they work long term rather than short term so the effects won't be immediate.
