AKV Jumbo Value Requests?

I was very surprised when I called this morning and was able to book 2 studios for March 13 th , the night before my Disney Cruise. They had 2 Jumbo Value studios available.
I was not sure if there was any special request I should ask for or if there is any requests for the Value rooms. The woman I spoke with said it was only parking or garden view. But I could of swore I read on here that there were also SV and pool view. Thanks in advance for any advice:goodvibes

Value Villas at Jambo House can be either pool, parking lot or savanna view. You can make a request for a view, but it is not guarenteed.

Like one of the PP's said, you can request a Savannah view for the room. If it works out you get a good view at the cheapest rate. We did it for our Nov trip, will let you know if it works.

My understanding is that none of the dedicated studios have parking lot views so I'd request a dedicated studio first and then a savannah view.

Hi, Mickeys girl 52. First let me say, you're the closest one to me, a mere 247 miles (DS used to go to college in SA, so we measured the miles). I've stayed in a value studio once with a second stay in 32 days. Thought I'd include the pictures of my pool view for you to see that some are pool view-

We've stayed in a value studio twice (both dedicated studios) and both times had pool views the first room off the elevator. Hoping for the same this month.

Value rooms are the 2 wings out by the entrance

You need to find out if you got a dedicated or a lock off, dedicated have the best chance of a good view

Thanks so much for posting the pictures and everyones advice. I called member services to request dedicated studios to help in my chances of a nice view. I am looking forward to finally getting to see AKV.:dance3:

We stayed in 5018 value studio (giraffe trail) and it's a great room, right off the elevator. You can get to the pool very quickly!
