Easy Potless Recipes

The next time I'm at the campgrounds I'd like to try some recipes (in the grill provided) using as little cookware as possible for easy cleanup. Any suggestions?

Any variation on the "hobo" foil dinner:
ham, pinapple, cheese; hamburger, potato, onion
just wrap in foil & toss on the grill
Kabobs:
meat, veggies or fruit on skewers
(you might want to cook the meat alone so the fruit or veggies
don't burn)
baked apples (core, wrap in foil add spices if you like)
