As per title does anyone know of somewhere on or off site like at the Val D’Europe shopping center that has Pcs with internet and printing facilities so we can print our return flight boarding cards otherwise BMI will charge us £10 each for not having them, our hotel (Residhome Prestige Val D’Europe) has wifi but I cannot find any contact details for them to ask them directly? Im sure other Dibbers have had the same problem , so please share your solutions.

Are you sure you can check in online on the return leg of your journey with BMI? The only reason I'm asking is, I use online check-in when I fly BMIbaby from East Mids to CDG, but there is no facility at CDG with BMIbaby to use online check-in, you just check in as normal, and BMIbaby make no extra charge for this.
ie the check in process is free, providing you check in online on the outward journey only.

We are flying the same Eastmidlands to CDG, and have always checking in as normal as we have taken a suitcase, but with the extra charges and us having most things we want now, we are going to try with 3 pieces of hand luggage to the max size allowed.
I would have thought that the airport didnt nead anything for OLCI as you would just go to the gate with your printed out boarding card, Thats how it reads to me in the T&C and that if you dont have the print out you are returned to the check in desk and charged £10 each? perhaps Im wrong?

Yes, thats the way it works on the outward journey from East Mids - you check in online before arriving at the airport, and print off your boarding cards. You go straight to security, bypassing check-in altogether, at East Mids.
But there is no such facility on the return leg at CDG, so even with hand luggage only, you still check in as normal at the check in desks at CDG.
I'm sure there is information on this on the BMIbaby site, in the "online check-in" information - it lists which airports have the online facility, and CDG isn't one of them (or wasn't, last time I flew with them to CDG in May).

Now I'm trying to find the info on the BMIbaby site, and I can't :confused3.
I think, in your case, it would be worth a phone call to BMIbaby to clarify this, and set your mind at ease.
Sorry to hi-jack your thread OP, but it's actually a good question for people using airlines that do have online checkin from CDG.
Like me:goodvibes - any answers?

We did online check in (Air France) at our hotel (Explorers) last summer and were then going to print up our boarding cards at one of their self-service kiosks at CDG, however it was very quiet when we got there and as we went to do it a lady called us over to her desk and did it for us. The kiosks seemed very easy to use.
I've used the kiosks in other airports before and they beat standing in a queue anyday (me and queues do not get on).
Do you know whether Aer Lingus boarding cards can be printed on them? I guess I could contact Aer Lingus, but chances are I'd be back home again before I got an answer.

I hope delboydell comes back and lets us know about his upcoming flights - as I wouldn't have a clue how to do online check-in or print off boarding cards from DLRP :confused3 (I don't own a laptop).
