Jaki phoned today with the great news. Disney passed on ROFR. We will complete the sale next week!

Home resort BEACH CLUB VILLAS! :yay: :yay: :yay: I am so excited...if only I could head to Disney NOW! June isn't really that far away, right? :rotfl2:

Congratulations. Sounds like you should be closed and in the system in time to take advantage of making a reservation at Beach Club Villas more than 7 months in advance for that June 2010 vacation.

Enjoy the points and all the vacations.

Jason, I am hoping that we are able to get a ressie at BVC as it will probably be close to the eighth month mark. If not, we will be excited to try somewhere else. My daughters (7-1/2) really want to stay at BCV though.:goodvibes
