******** vs TTC (another question)

Well - we had taken TTC the last time, but had only received adequate service (no grocery stop, they didn't offer to carry our bags - I ended up carrying everything). So ******** looks awfully appealing, given the complimentary grocery stop and rave reviews (as well as having the same price). So, which driver should I request and are they a good service?

We had Jim and we liked him. But he is the only ******** driver (so far) we have had.
I know we will be using ******** again in January.
The ONLY disappointment was I didn't get to meet Rabbitz! ;) :D
