Well, after long discussions and wondering what we were going to do for a summer vacation, the wife and I are taking our 10 yr old son on a 4 day cruise in August. We will start the trip with a two night stay at BCV in a studio. We had reservations at the Disney campground and Myrtle Beach. We needed a trip filled with true relaxation. We are making it a surprise for our son. I can't wait to pop the news to him when we're on our way.
Has anyone gone on a cruise in August? What's the weather like. What are the chances of getting consumed by a hurricane!!??
We're looking forward to getting a peak at BCV. We'll probably just take it easy and swim at SAB. I'll have to go to Japan for sushi and France for some ice cream, though! :)
Any tips will be welcome!
