Questions on golf carts and HDDR

Good morning everyone! Taking our annual Decemeber trip to Disney and have a few questions I thought you could help me with....

1. We are going to have a golf cart this year and I want to make sure I know all the rules and regulations about what TO DO and NOT TO DO as far as parking, where you can drive, etc.

2. We are headed to HDDR this year with our DD2 while the Grandparents babysit DD4mos. It has been years since I have been. Our options are section 2 or the balcony. Also remember it being quite loud and we are actually a little nervous with DD2 as she is not always a fan of noise (which is interesting since she makes lots of it!!)

There is a large parking area near HDDR for carts, you just drive the roads to get there. I think that you would ok with a ground floor at HDDR and it might give you a better expirence as they come into the audience to interact, they make it upstairs also..

I have been in the balcony, and on the floor for the HDDR. The floor is much better. The difference in noise level is not that much between floor and balcony.
