Is the refillable mug really worth the price??

Just wondering if the refillable resort mug is worth the extra money....and is there only one place you can refill it, or can you refill it at other resorts.....just wondering.

We got the mugs during our stay at the Carribean beach hotel last winter - we used them alot - but staying at the campgrounds - where we will have our own drinks availabe all of the time - I don't anticipate buying a new set.

They are worth the price IF you are able to be inna location/position to be able to refill them, and IF you can drink a lot.

Mugs are no longer resort specific, so they can be used at other resorts.

They work for us. Go to the pool and your hot, drink, drink, drink. Rid our bikes by the refill spits, we fill up. Go to lunch at WL and we take our mugs and drink. We use them a lot. Haven't had them for 10 years, yet but we use them for our trip this year.

The only time I don't get any use out of them, is when I'm on the dining plan and already get a drink with my meal. If not I skip spending the 2.50 on a drink and use the mugs. We have quite the collection, so we use old and new mugs all the time. No one says anything. Of course it would nice to get my hands on some of the lifetime mugs.

If you get a golf cart they are great for looping. Make a loop get a refill, make a loop get a refill and repeat.

We buy the mugs at other resorts but not at the fort. It's just too easy to reach into the cooler. I really don't like fountain drinks anyway.

when on the carts, you could bring your own porta potty and when your not using it for number 1 or 2, you could use it as a booster seat. No sharp turns please.

Anyways, I loved my refillable mug. You're always coming and going near the outposts and it's cool to get a cold or hot beverage without returning to your campsite or cabin. I more than paid for mine. Spent 2.50 on one drink and sprung for the mug. You can also use it for your own drinks at your site.:yay:
