I was just reading Pete's annoucement about using DIS sponsors and I'm wondering how to find out who they all are?
I like booking my own vacations so I can't use Dreams Unlimited. I just recently learned about Florida Tours Transportation and they qouted me some GREAT rates!

Business site sponsors are usually hotels, transportation, etc. that advertise on this site. There are also DISers who sponsor the site. Look under their usernames for a sparkly "sponsor" graphic.

Thanks for the response. I know what sponsors are but I don't know who they are! Is there a page where I can find out who all the hotels and transportation sponsors are? That way I know who my options are for giving my business too.
Also, is being a supporter of the site basically like helping out because this site is so cool? I could be a supporter without being a business, right?

Our commercial sponsors are usually found in the banner ads at the top of the various forums on the site. By visiting these forums and boards, you can find the sponsors easily.
Dreams Unlimited Travel, DreamsRes, CruiseRes and DISavers (a rebate program for those who like to book their own trips) are also part of our family of enterprises which support the site and can also be found by following links on most pages on the boards.
