Free Dining and renting DVC

Can anyone tell me if I can rent DVC AND get free dining? I'm looking at going next Aug-Sept.

Sorry, no. The only way to get Free Dining is to pay rack rate at one of the non-DVC resorts. (It's a nice idea though -- I think lots of us would sign up for that!! ;))

You can stay at a DVC resort as a cash customer and get free dining (by paying rack rate for the room and purchasing tickets), but you cannot rent points and receive free dining. You could pay for the dining plan though, and wouldn't have to buy tickets.
