Just wanted to say I hope all my friends are enjoying the holiday. I'm having a nice time with my family, doing a few chores around the house before school starts for the girls tomorrow.

Happy Labor Day!
Not doing a traditional picnic at our house. Have had enough hot dogs and hamburgers. Making braised short ribs!

Woohoo for ribs, Anne! We're going to my brother's house in a little while. I have no idea what he is BBQing, but I did make a special request for these deviled eggs he came up with a few weeks ago. They have crumbled blue cheese mixed in and are topped with bacon. WAHOOOOO! :)
Happy Labor Day also.
DD(18) is coming by for dinner before heading back to college. We are going to our local (and new) Pei Wei.
I have to try those deviled eggs. Sounds "divine."
Meanwhile, yard work calls.

I'm at work. They use the excuse that it's "harvest season" to not give us the day off.
That said, not much work is getting done. Mostly just sitting here bored....so if you see me on Facebook, say hello. :rotfl2:

Happy Labor Day to you, too!!
Too bad I'm working tonight. Boo.
Dust,
Now I feel bad. I didn't tell you about Knoxville's "boomsday (http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2009/sep/07/baited-by-booms/)." It is worth seeing at least once.

It's all good. I heard a great deal about it.
I actually got invited to watch it on a boat out on the river...but I had to work. I was pretty bummed.
