Do you think i can store my buggy in there? Its just for the mornings i want DD to walk and then she can chill in her buggy in the afternoon.

And...am i able to leave a bag in there and ask to get something out of it and then leave it there again without paying extra?

I don't know about the buggy Emma, I can't recall seeing buggies there. You could always ask though, the most they can charge you is the charge for a suitcase = 5 euros.

Yes, you can put a bag with anything you like in Guest Storage for the day, and pop back and forward for things from it/put things in it. They will charge you the once for this, just take your receipt back with you, then give them the bag back until you go and retrieve it at the end of the day :).

Thanks Elaine, is it 2.50 euros for a small bag?

What time does guest storage open?

You could always leave the buggy in one of the ride areas with other buggies. Then just collect it when you need it

I personally do not feel happy with leaving it in one area for a good few hours.

Its either 2.50 or 3 euros for a small bag Emma.
Guest Storage is open when the park is open, including EMH hours, and is also open until 45 minutes after the official park closing time. They always have a poster on the door advertising when the office will close that day.

:thumbsup2

If they won't take the buggy i will just pop back to the hotel and pick it up at lunch time.

Just a thought - you could always buy a cheap bike lock and then lock it somewhere until you're ready for it (like Small World suggested).

The bike lock would stop it going "walking" and would almost certainly be cheaper than lots of €5 charges for storing it every day :thumbsup2

Are you sure no one would try and cut the lock off? Me being the paranoid person that i am:rotfl:

Unless someone's wandering around DLRP with a pair of secateurs or a pair of pliers, how are they going to cut it off :rotfl:?

Emma if you think you might be in a certain "land", or nearby, for the morning, I think your buggy would be fine with a bike lock on it, in a buggy parking area in the land you're in.

If its in an official buggy park area Im sure someone would notice if someone was there with a pair of metal cutters trying to cut a metal lock off something. If not Id be seriously concerned about security in the park.

:lmao: This is DLRP we are talking about, the park that took security 10 mins to stop Astric and Oblix from invading the parade.

I just brought a bike lock off ebay for £2.75, what a bargain...i think i will lock it up by IASW.

Thanks for that idea Rob.

I ALWAYS use a bike lock when I know I am leaving the buggy for a period of time. It was something that I have done since first going in 2007. Someone asked about buggy security about 18 months ago on here, and I suggested the bike chain, and I had a few responses of "It's not needed, buggys aren't taken from Disney" We don't like to think "Not Nice" people go to DLP, but seeing as I have a friend who had a bag taken from her buggy while on a ride (idiots didn't even check to see what was inside first-carton of juice and nappy!! But it was in a Disney plastic shop bag, so they thought they were getting something good :lmao:) these people can be anywhere.

I wouldnt use a bike lock if i was just leaving the buggy to go on a ride but seeing as i want to leave it for a few hours it seems the most sensible approach, plus will save me money :lmao:
