Is it possible to send flowers to the ship?

My friend's birthday is tomorrow...she's on the Magic - is there someway I can order flowers and have them sent to her? I got the phone number of the ship - but I don't have her cabin number!! Do I really need it to call her? We were all in Disneyworld together last week and I didn't think to ask her the cabin number. I am so mad at myself right now!! Unfortunately, no, not if she's already on the ship. All flower deliveries are done at the port on embarkation day. There is no florist on the ship.
