Day 1 - Arrival Day Snacks and Drinks
Sorry this one is gunna be a boring one!
Our plane left from Buffalo at 7pm so we stopped and grabbed a quick bite for dinner beside the airport. I dont remember the name of the place but I do remember the food was pretty blah. I would have taken pictures buy my DBFs parents were with us and I didnt want them to think I was crazy :rotfl:.
So while we were waiting at the airport we grabbed some drinks.
DBF had a Sam Adams for the first time.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009004.jpg
he said it tasted like juice. im not a beer drinker, but i tried a sip and i thought it just tasted like beer?
I got a malibu and orange :lovestruc which is my fave.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009005.jpg
it was pretty good!
We arrived at PoP Century at 1am and we were feeling peckish but everything was closed for the night so we grabbed some chips from the vending machine.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009294.jpg

so thats about it... i cant believe i took pics of airport drinks and chips lol but a girls gotta do what she can for a dining review right?!

Day 1 - Brunch - First Disney Meal of the Trip
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009021.jpg
So since this was Craigs first trip and all, I wanted to plan soemthing special for our first morning, so I booked us a late 11am-ish breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. I thought it'd be a nice way to ease dbf into the whole disney thing and breakfast buffets are always yummy!
We loved loved loved the inside of this resturant! its so very pretty! Mary Poppins came to see us first, and she was great! Followed by Alice, Pooh and Tigger. We got to see all the characters twice! We liked Mary Poppins the best!
I'm sorry to say that for our first round of food I forgot to take pics until half way through Craig reminded me!
Sorry for the half eaten food pics! it wont happen again! promise!
My plate:
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009022.jpg
The mickey waffles were delish! i will give them that! I was really excited to try the Eggs Lobster Bennidet but I didn't like it at all.
Craigs plate:
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009023.jpg
Craig had tons of bacon and really liked the bacon, and potatoes... he didnt like the waffles much but he doesnt like waffles really anyways!
These are round two...
My plate:
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009025.jpg
The breakfast pizza also gets a thumbs down :( I had it again later at Chef Mickeys and thought it was great but this day .. not so much!
Craig's plate:
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009026.jpg
We shared this plate and it was very yummy!
Overall we enjoyed 1900 Park Fare but there were some things that I would say needed improvement. The biggest being that we didnt find there to be a whole lot of variety here for a buffet and the food was just good, nothing to write home about. We both gave it a 7/10. If the characters were not there we would probably only rate it a 5/10.

Day 1 - Pecos Bill (and a Snack!)
Snack
Midway threw our day at Magic Kingdom, while we were in Tomorrowland we decided to stop for a snack. We split a cream cheese filled pretzel from the Launching Pad in Tomorrowland.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009040.jpg
I thought it was soo yummy! It was kinda sweet but also salty with cheese sprinkled on top! Craig on the other hand did not like it at all, he liked it on first bite but then decided after one more he hated it. That was a-ok with me though, because I was more then happy to finish it! I gave this a 7.5/10 and Craig gave it a 4/10.
Pecos Bill
After much thought as to what we wanted to eat we decided on Pecos Bill. And boy, that was a very good choice! We both got Taco Salads (I only took one pic but we both got the same things on it pretty much – except I didn’t get tomatoes because quite frankly... i hate chunks of tomatoes yuck!) I don’t remember what we got as a snack... I think it was a cookie but I didn’t take a pic – sorry!
this one was a pic of mine... you can see how i skimmed around the salsa just to get the juice without tomatoe chunks :rotfl: im crazy, i know lol
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009051.jpg
We both LOVED this! It was so so yummy and we loved we could pick our own toppings from the topping bar! Craig was able to eat all of his but I wasn’t able to finish mine, it gets pretty heavy near the end. I also really loved that you could get pickles on the side from the topping bar! We both gave it a 9/10.
Just another tip for Pecos Bill... We were able to watch the spectromagic parade from here as well, we pulled up some of the chairs outside up to the fence and stood on them to watch the parade go by, it offered an okay view and there weren’t many people there.

I loved that you used peckish to describe how you were feeling. Thats my DD22 favorite word for when she wants something to eat but doesnt know what.
Why didnt you like the lobster eggs benedict? We had originally had ADRS at the GFC for breakfast our last day at WDW but I switched it to lunch. That was what I was planning to order, I love eggs benedict and lobster.
The taco salad at pecos Bills looks great. I am trying that this trip. :goodvibes ( 2 weeks and counting ;) )

Day 2 - Voyager's Smoke House - SeaWorld Lunch
For breakfast before we went to Seaworld we both had crossiants from PoP Food Court, I had a plain one and Craig had a chocolate croissant. They were both delicious but unfortunately I don’t have pictures! We ended up eating these for breakfast most days though!
So we ended up having lunch at Sea World in a restaurant called Voyager’s Smokehouse, which ended up being the WORST food of the trip and I’ll explain why.
I had the kids chicken strip combo, which consisted of two chicken strips and some fries, I asked if I could have mac and cheese instead of fries, because I saw a kid in line with that and they told me no! Grrr! Mine was your basic ok tasting fries and chicken strips. I traded Craig a chicken strip for a rib, and the ribs were pretty gross and very fatty. The only thing I liked about this meal was that the kids meal came with a shamu plate you could keep!
Craig decided to get the chicken and ribs and this was horrendous!!!! Like I said the ribs were fatty and gross but that wasn’t the worst part.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009092.jpg
The chicken was PINK!!!! Craig sliced himself a piece and there it was in all its pink raw chicken glory. It was disgusting!! So we went to complain and the cashier said she could either give us a new piece of chicken or give us a refund. So we said we want a refund and she gave us a refund.... for one piece of chicken!!! She gave us half of what we paid back, so I asked her why she did this and she said that was their policy because he ate the rest of the meal... So this is where i get angry. I asked her to speak to her manager and this man comes over to speak to us and says again its our policy. So I say as loud as I can.. basicly what you are telling me is when you try and sell RAW chicken to someone, which could potentionally make someone so so sick or even kill them, all you do is refund them for the chicken? Which got other costumers noticing. Now please keep in mind, im not a cheap person by any means, I don’t care about another 4 dollars, I just could not believe that this is how they treat customers! So after I said that I think he realized I was super pissed off and was gunna cause a huge scene so he says he will refund me the money. He also then proceeds to tell us that the chicken was not raw but just pink on the inside because they use a smoker to cook their food and it comes out pink. I just gave him a look of disbelief and said yah well thats great for you, maybe you should find a different way of cooking your meat because no one in thier right mind is gunna eat chicken like that and I’m not gunna eat pink chicken of any kind, smoked, fried or whatever that is so unacceptable and this is really so ridiculous and I also let him know I would be telling people all about this as well! Oh and another note... we saw some other people on the way out with the same chicken and none of the ones we saw were pink!
Obviously this place gets a 0/10.
So thats my Seaworld review and story. Btw.. we actually had a great time at Seaworld but if we visit again we will NOT be eating there!

Day 2: Doh Bars and Pizza Dinner
After we got home from Sea World it was pretty early so we lounged around the hotel for a bit and then decided to head out to Downtown Disney. After doing some shopping we stopped by Pleasure Island and went to Cookes of Dublin to get the one snack I was dying to try, the Doh Bar! It took SOOOO long to get this and I was getting really frusterated but in the end it was definitely worth it!!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/dohbar.jpg
We both loved it!! I mean really how could you not love a fried chocolate bar? It was crispy on the outside and melty and chocolately on the inside! Yummmmy! 10/10
After DTD we headed back to PoP and decided to get a Pizza for us, which cost us 2 CS credits. Its a great deal! The pizza was very yummy! It tasted the same as the personal ones, but for 2 CS credits you get SO much more pizza and it comes in a cute box! Over dinner we had a very lengthy debate as to which character said which saying on the pizza box :rotfl: For dessert I got cheesecake and Craig got grapes and we shared! They were both very yummy as well! The grapes were very very fresh!

Day 3 - Lunch at Sci Fi
Craig and I were both very excited for the Sci Fi Resturant. I was especially looking forward to the shrimp pasta, my favourite combonation of food. Mmmm!
We checked in on time, but we still had to wait a while for our table. It was okay though because the AC was a welcome break. As we were waiting I was amazed by the number of people just walking up trying to get a table, whats worse is alot of them had no idea you even had to have reservations for the restaurants. I felt awful for those people because with free dining going on, they probably didn’t have much luck.
So we finially got called to our table, we were the hitchhikers behind a family of four. Now while I think Sci Fi has such a cool theme and atmosphere, both of us were not too fond of the seating. The family in front of us was very nice but with two little girls, one of whom was very cranky, it got somewhat annoying to be in such close quarters. Other then that though, we both really enjoyed the place.
Heres a pic of us in our car.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/454.jpg
And one of the restaurant.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/449.jpg
Craig got a cherry coke, which made him very excited! And i got a vanilla milkshake which was just to die for!!! Best Milkshake I’ve ever had!!
After drooling over this plate for months I ordered the shrimp pasta of course. Hold the tomatoes please!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/452.jpg
It was very very very yummy! The Shrimp were huge!! I loved it!! 9/10!! It
was a HUGE portion! I could only finish half!! But i made sure to eat all my shrimp (and there were ALOT of them!)
Craig got the burger. Sorry I don’t remember the exact name of it.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/451.jpg
He said it was delicious and gave it a 8/10! He also added his own touch with our initials in ketchup!! Whatta guy!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/453.jpg
Our server wasn’t the greatest. He was ok but nothing more. One thing that somewhat annoyed us was he did not ask us what we wanted for dessert at the beginning of our meal, which was fine we figured we ordered at the end but he never mentioned dessert. He just brought us our the bill and asked us how we wanted to pay the tip. Craig then asked what about dessert? And he kinda seemed annoyed with us and said we never ordered them with our meal.. to which we responded we didn’t know we were supposed to?!
Anyways we did get our desserts! They weren’t very nicely put together as you will see but still very good!
I got the cheesecake
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/456.jpg
Loved it!!! Best cheesecake I had all trip! 10/10
Craig got the peanut butter chocolate cake
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/457.jpg
He also gave this dessert a 10/10 and I tried and will agree with this rating! It was so delicious! But very filling!
We enjoyed Sci Fi alot and would recommend it. The best part about this restaurant is that its very quiet! I guess with everyone enjoying the movie clips and all.

Thanks for the reviews! It seems odd that the server at Sci Fi would expect you to order your dessert at the beginning of your meal. I don't think I've ever been asked to order like that!

Does anyone else remember when Sci-Fi had pop corn soup?
We ate at Sci-Fi in 2007 and were disappointed. I wasn't expecting much, we went for the ambiance but I just didn't care for the food. The theming was great and I loved that as well as the awesome air conditioning (except for the fact that I was sitting right under a vent that dripped on me the entire meal). But I wished it had been more 'drive in' food like to go with the theming. Which yes I know means hamburgers (which they had but I don't eat), hot dogs, corn dogs, fries, pop corn, nachos etc. I think I had a turkey sandwich and just didn't care for it.
Sorry to take over the post, but anyway I'm glad you had a good time and enjoyed the food!

Weird, you just might be my food-twin. :goodvibes Those cheddar-and-sour-cream Ruffles are the only potato chips I like, I also won't eat the chunks in salsa, and I've drooled over that pasta dish on the Sci-Fi menu. We've never eaten there, but I'm making a shrimp/feta pasta for dinner!
Yeah, smoked chicken is pink. I've seen warnings on the menus at barbeque restaurants - too bad that place didn't! Of course, there's still a chance that chicken *was* raw. Did it... squelch? Raw chicken is squishy and squelchy, as I unfortunately learned at a chain restaurant called Fuddrucker's
glad you liked the food at sci fi . we are going next month. sorry your waiter wasn't the best. I think sometimes that an make or break the experience.

Day 4: Dinner at Pop Century Food Court
Hi guys! Sorry I’ve been MIA! Ive had alot of stuff going on with my new job and everything. Getting back into routine after being off a month is tough!!!
But I’m back now so onto some more reviews!
So for dinner we once again decided to get some food from the PoP Century food court and bring it back to our room. This time we ordered separate meals.
I ordered the chicken penne alfrado. It was freaking AWESOME!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/521.jpg
Im a huge pasta person and this was just DELICIOUS! I got some tomato sauce put on top , grabbed a bunch of parmesan cheese and red pepper packets, mixed it all up and thought I had gone to pasta heaven! 9/10!
It would have got a 10/10 but lost a point for chunky tomato sauce!!! its annoying to pick around tomato chunks!!
For dessert I grabbed a fresh cookie from the bakery food area.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/519.jpg
It was yummy too! And so soft! I love soft cookies! Im gunna give this a 8/10.
Craig is a nacho guy, he almost always orders nachos when we go out so when he ordered Nachos tonight I was not surprised.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/520.jpg
He thought they were pretty good and gave them a 8/10!
He got a cupcake for dessert
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/518.jpg
It was soo good I kinda wished I had got that instead! He gave it a 9/10 and I tried some and I agree! I heart cupcakes mmmm!

They should definitly post a warning though if thats the case! I cant imagine most people being ok with eating pink chicken ya know!?

That chicken penne alfredo looked awesome! And adding tomato sauce was just pure genius! :goodvibes
I totally understand the frustration of picking out tomato chunks... it's sauce, not salsa... should be smooth! No chunks!
I don't like chunks of tomato in anything! I hate when I find chunks of tomato on my pizza... and why is it that most restaurants that add tomatoes to salads add diced tomatoes? You can never get them all, and I cringe with every bite! Ugh!
I'll have to see if that dish is available at the All-Star Movies next week... I just now know to beware of chunky tomatoes in tomato sauce...

Yes! More me's! But, shouldn't it be more like an "I hate tomato CHUNKS" club? Sauce, when smooth, isn't a problem. And I like ketchup too... that never has chunks in it, does it?
And remember the days of the old figaro fries... bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on fries?!?! What's up with that???

Day 5: Yak and Yeti Breakfast and Lunch
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/559.jpg
O yea... you read that right! We had Y & Y for breakfast! Only at Disney!
So lets start with Breakfast then move onto lunch!
For breakfast we decided to skip the regular (super delish) croissants from PoP Century Food Court and grab something later in the day.
We did however grab a sunny D... and this was one special sunny D!!!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/523.jpg
Apparently at Disney World, SunnyD doesn’t expire till 3009!!
Well... we didn’t last very long! Soon after we arrived at AK we were hungry people! So we were just walking by Y & Y and I remembered that you can use a snack credit to get to Egg Rolls. So we decided that that would be a very healthy nutritious Disney breakfast!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/561.jpg
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/562.jpg
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/565.jpg
mmmmm me stuffin my fach!! yummy!
As you can tell from the above pics.. the Egg rolls were a completely Hit! They were sooo fresh and good. It was egg roll perfection. 10/10 from both of us.
We were going to order Picnic in the Park for lunch but since both of us were blown away by the delicious egg rolls we had had for breakfast we decided to try out Yak and Yeti for a counter service lunch as well.
I ordered the honey chicken and chocolate cake for dessert.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009113.jpg
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009115.jpg
The honey chicken was OK. The chicken and sauce itself were pretty good and I would give that part of it a 7/10. The rice on the other hand was pretty gross. 3/10 for that. I was expecting more of a fried rice like you get at the mandarin but this was just smooshy yucky rice with some random veggie pieces. So needless to say I ate the chicken and that was about it. Luckily the chicken was filling. The chocolate cake was pretty good. 7/10 for that too.
Craig had the Kung Pao beef also with chocolate cake for dessert.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009112.jpg
He liked his more then mine. I tried some and i thought the beef was good but still did not like the rice!! He gave this 7/10. He liked his chocolate cake too! 8/10.

Years ago that's EXACTLY what they used to serve at Sci Fi! Awesome, fancified "snack bar" food. Enormous, "dressed-up to deserve a higher pricetag" servings of chili dogs, nachos, burgers and shakes and the like. We LOVED IT back then! The atmosphere was so unique and the menu seemed to better fit the mood of the place. The castmembers wore rollerskates like oldtime 50's carhops and gave gave away Sci-Fi glow in the dark frisbees to kids. It was just so neat back then. We were so disappointed when (years ago) they switched over to the "new" more mainstream menu that has a little of this and a little of that but nothing really unique. I can get that at any ol chain restaurant down the street.

Day 5: Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009160.jpg
We were kinda worried about going Spirit of Aloha because it recieves so many negative reviews here on the DIS. We wanted to go to something with all you can drink so it was between this and HDDR. I know many people on the disboards are big HDDR fans but after watching a youtube video we decided it was definitly not something we wanted to see (sorry HDDR fans!!)
So we arranged for Cat 3 seating at the 8pm show. We arrived at the Poly and it was still lightly raining so we got our pics taken inside and we also got leid!!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009153.jpg http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009154.jpg
We were seated soon enough and even though we had reserved cat 3 seating we still had front row seats!! We were just off to the side, but that was a-ok with us!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009168.jpg
our view
The place where they have the show is pretty nice! my only complaint would be the tables are pretty close together!
We were erved Coconut Bread, Salad with Mango type dressing and fresh pineapple. We were also asked what we wanted to drink.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009163.jpg
Our waiter was great! very friendly and very fast!! Alocohol was brought to our table all through the night and we were never short on it!! It was great!!
I took my first bite of coconut bread, bracing myself for the awfulness that the dis people told me to expect. I was completely surprised when I tasted the most yummy bread of ALL TIME! It was SOOOOOOOO good!!! We ate almost this whole platter lol We were offered more but we declined, since the main part was coming up next.

The goodness didnt stop at the appitizers. Everything here was wonderful!!! The ribs and chicken were GREAT (and fully coooked!) The rice was tasty and the veggies were done just right!!
Next up was the chocolate volcanoes.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009175.jpg
It was like a weird chocolate mouse, and Im not a mousse person but I still ate a bit of it and liked it. Craig REALLY liked his.
Now onto some other thoughts.... I didnt like that there were no drinks I enjoyed drinking. Im a fruity drink kinda girl and they only had beer and wine. I settled for a Rose wine and while it did the job, I wasnt really enjoying it.
Craig is a beer man... really he loves his beer but he was not impressed by the beer here. He said it went warm and flat very quickly and according to his beer expertise it was clearly the bottom of the keg beer.
I tried his beer... and yet again it tasted like beer to me. But he is the beer expert so I took his word on it! Now you should also note that this did not stop him from drinking plenty of the free beer anyhow!
As for the show, yes I agree the first part could use some new ideas. It wasnt nearly as bad as people made it sound though! We enjoyed it and we also liked that there was a break while the food was served so you didnt have to pay complete attention to the show and we could talk to one another
The second part of the show was fab-u-lous!! The dancing was wonderful and of course the fire dancer took the cake!!
After dinner we ended the night by hanging around the Poly on the beach and snuggling in the Hammock. :lovestruc
I definitly will say this though... I can see why many people dont like this if they have children, I dont think its a show that a kid could go to and really enjoy however if you are looking for a romantic fun adult night out this is a great choice!
All in all we both agrees it was our favorite meal of the trip!! 10/10!!

BTW - loving your reviews! I've only done the DDP once -- we did the deluxe plan for 4 days. A 5th day of deluxe would have been lethal, but we survived the four and loved every bite (and every new pound of bodyfat we got to take home as a souvenier!)

I love your review of the luau!! We almost went there spontaneously but they were booked that night and the lady said they weren't open on the only other night we could (Sunday)! So we did go to HDDR! I want to do the luau next time!! That food looks better, even though it seems to be the same stuff just cooked to fit the theme.

Day 6: Typhoon Tillys and the Snack Shack
We had no plans of going to Typhoon Lagoon today so I hadnt looked into any of the food offerings there, so when our tummies started rumbling we checked out the closest resturant, Typhoon Tillys.
All they had on thier menu was fried goodness, but i was lookign for something a little lighter because number one, I was wearing a bikini and nothing can make you more aware of what you put in your mouth then that, and number two we were at a water park and I didnt want to feel bloated and gross. Craig on the other hand, had no issue with that so he ordered some chicken nuggets, fries and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert.

He really enjoyed his meal and gave it an 8/10.
I headed to see if the snack shack next door had anything yummy and they did!

http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/DisneyWorld2009237.jpg
I got a tuna sandwhich with chips (which i gave to craig) and a pineapple orange smoothie. They both tasted AMAZING. The smoothie was so fresh and refreshing. and the Tuna sandwhich was not heavy at all and was probably the best tuna sandwhich Ive ever had! 10/10 I had a chocolate cake for dessert but didnt eat much of it (but it tasted good!)
On our way out we passed by the little doughnut shack. It smelled so good and I remembered reading a food report on here saying how good they are. So we got a 6 pack and a white chocolate dip.

OMG. Words cannot explain what I would do to have just one of these little pieces of heaven right now. Bottom Line: Get them! However, keep in mind you cannot use DDP to purchase them, but they are worth every penny. 1000000/10!

Day 6 - Dinner at Raglan Roads
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/663.jpg
Raglan Roads was the meal that Craig himself picked out for us. Being the good ol english boy that he is he just LOVES pubs! So of course he wanted to check out Raglan Roads for some fried greasy yummyness and some ever so important BEER! I'm not a huge pub fan but after seeing the menu I agreed to try!
We started off with some drinks and some soda bread with some oil for dipping. Craig got a Guiness, which he said was very refreshing and quickly ordered some more.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/664.jpg
I got a .. yup you guessed it! Malibu and Orange! Both were very good!
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/670.jpg
The bread and oil was pretty good. The oil was yummy but the bread was pretty dry.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/671.jpg
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/672.jpg
While eating our bread and sippin on drinks we enjoyed some tap dancing followed by live music for the rest of our meal. They were both very entertaining and provided some nice background happenings.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/668.jpg
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/677.jpg
For the main course Craig had the fish and chips.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/678.jpg
He ate every last piece and gave it a 10/10. Coming from someone who pretty much HATES fish (except for fish and chips) This is a very high rating!
I ordered the Sheppards Pie.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/679.jpg
It was just perfect! The mashed potatoes, the meat and the amazing gravy comined to give this dish a 10/10. If you go here, try this! You wont be disappointed.
For dessert Craig got the bread and butter pudding.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/681.jpg
Another 10/10 for this one. I had never tried bread and butter pudding so I didnt want to order one but after trying this I really wished I had ordered it! It was delicious!
I ordered some sort of berry crumble.
http://i269.photobucket.com/albums/jj63/vodisney/food%20report%20pics/680.jpg
It was ok. I didnt enjoy it that much, especially after tasting the amazing dessert Craig got. 5/10 for this one. I ended up just sharing Craigs dessert instead!
Bottom line is if you are planning a DTD night check this place out. Its a very nice lookin pub, the servers are great and the food is wonderful.

Excited for Chefs de France-- our August trips were very similar! I had never stayed onsite/done the dining plan, and DBF had never gone to Disney at all and was very reluctant. Now he loves it and can't wait to go back!!!

I really need to put Raglan Road on my list. We walked past it while at DTD and I mentioned it to my parents & BF, but still haven't eaten there myself!
