Another great report. Is Pete going to share that statuette with you?

Did I spell statueet correctly?

They need to hand out more chocolate. The raisins hit the spot. :) Yummy.

Kathy, more important than getting to this quickly, you do such a good job of seeing the magic in things. You are like a kid, and I love reading your blogs.

Thank you. I have been so so many times to the parks and the thrill of being there never leaves me.

Good call Kathy. Last year my friends got all the chocolate things, I had to trade them. Fortunately I like raisins

Great blogs - even though I've been a few times, your photos of the party and the decorations captured the magic.

Great blog. It brought back memories of our trip last year. The parade and the fireworks are the best of the parties.

Oh, what wonderful pictures. They really, really make me wish we would be arriving in time to take that in! Thanks for letting me experience it vicariously, Kathy.

I agree about the chocolate. ;) It was a great party. I think I liked this better than the Christmas ones. I was looking for you thinking you might be there for the first one, but unfortunatley, no luck finding you. :(

Who is the candy sponsor this year? Ya know, the candy they throw at you at the gate as you're leaving? LOL

There were quite a few people dressed up in costumes.

Thanks for the report Kathy! Looks like nothing new. We love the party and make it a must do every year. However we would love to see them bring out some new characters. It has been the same party for the last 6 years, and while we love it, I would like to see some tweeks like new characters. I don't think it is asking to much. None the less it is a great event.

Anyone book the wishes dessrt party on the same night as the not so scary party? I was told by Disney that I have to pay for the dessrt party and the halloween party tickets in order to attend the dessert party. If you add that up, its $150+ for dessert. Does not sound right to me! help!

There is no regular Wishes on MNSSH party nights--just Hallowishes during the party-so I guess that would make sense.

Kathy, great blog! I took my Godchildren a few years ago and never expected to enjoy the Party so much! We all LOVED it!.

Your photos brought back wonderful memories - thank you! :goodvibes

We went to MNSSHP last night, and caught a couple of new characters we had never seen in the park before. Can you guess who we saw? They weren't in special costumes, but seemed to be having a good time -- it was Kevin, John, and Kevin's mom! :thumbsup2

Here's a link to some photos I took last night, but none of the elusive characters we ran into. Nope, I won't be spoiling their anonymity! http://picasaweb.google.com/iwynlea/MNSSHP2009?feat=directlink
