Hi, We are back from a great trip out west. This was in place of our England/Ireland trip. We drove 4800 miles, but had a great time. Saw the Badlands, the Blackhills, the Custer Battlefield, played in the snow in the mountains, saw Yellowstone Park, tons of buffalo, deer, elk, a wolf and a bear. Went through the Arizona desert, drove through Indian reservations, went to the Grand Canyon, the Olympic park in Utah, Santa Fe, and through Texas. A great trip.
So, how's everyone doing there?

Welcome back Joe :D Sounds like a fantastic trip to me! Yellowstone Park is on my wish list ....... I should not be making wishes about trips though as we are about to go to Canada!

Hi Tim, sadly no. Or I guess, that's good. Anyhow it was great to see again.
Shirley, it's likely that I won't be able to be there on Sunday. Say hi to the gang for me. And it you are going to western Canada, make sure you go to Baniff and Lake Louise in Alberta. Not quite Yellowstone, but pretty damn close.

Btw, just made reservations ystrday for WDW for the begining of August for the misses and me, for our 25th.

Hi Joe - we are staying in Banff for four nights and we are visiting Lake Louise!
( We have a whale watching trip booked too........ can't wait!!!)

Pleased to hear you had a great trip. I'm so jealous that you got to see the Grand Canyon. Did you fly over? I'm hoping to get there one day, it should have been this October but what with my foot problem everything went belly up! ;)
