Sold the New Hampshire house and bought one in Winter Haven, Florida. Not my choice, but my husband's. He deserves to get what he wants so I am trying to be a good sport.
Anyway we are 45 minutes from Disney. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large "Great Room" and kitchen with eating space, 2 car garage with opener, one year old and immaculate. Screened "lanai" and pool.
Cost was $129,250 if you can believe it.
NOW THEN, I won't know a soul and it is not in an area that is conducive to neighbor gatherings. I NEED COMPANY. I will have a guest room with its own bath.
