I posted on your other Atlanta thread, and I'd still love to meet ya! I'll just have to try and get that day off work. Once you decide where you'll be staying we can pick a location nearby.

Barry, are you going to Nathans at Coney Island to eat hot dogs? You'll have to eat 51 of them in 12 min. to break the record! Be sure you do that BEFORE you go ride the Cyclone! :eek: We'll be looking for you on the news that night!

Seriously, we'd love to be able to join you. Barry's mom lives about 3 blocks from there, but we're already taking off the following week for our extended Barb-Con trip.

Be sure you go across the street & ride the carousel while you're there. It's one of the few around here where you can still grab the brass rings!

Hey Nancy, I might have to cancel out of the Astroland meet. People have said that area is pretty seedy at night. So Nancy, what is the real deal? Let me know. I might go at noon and then head to Dorney Park a little later. I got to ride the coasters I want to ride before the DIS meet! :)

The deal is, Barry, that it is pretty seedy at night. I'd go during the day if I were you. It's still seedy during the day, but you'll be fine then. The Cyclone really is a must ride coaster. :D Wish we could join you, but if we're going to go to all these DIS meets, & DIS-CON as well, we have to go to work some of the time to pay for it! Don't tell Barry (that's my DH Barry) but our DIS-CON budget for this year will be at least double what we spent last year! :earseek:
