Hello All,
Brilliant forum, the best information for DLP on the web!

Can anybody answer my query?

We're staying at HNY at the end of September for 5days/4nights. We're going via Eurostar on the direct Disney service and have the Express luggage service, hence we can go straight to the parks on arrival without having to go to the hotel first.

My question is about the HNY breakfast allocation. We want to be sure that we can get the slot that we want for breakfast but we won't actually be going to the hotel on the first day, until the evening...

Can we book the breakfast slot on Eurostar with the cast members or will we need to go to the hotel as soon as we get off Eurostar and sort it out before we go the parks, to ensure we get a good slot.

We're worried that we will only be able to get a really late or really busy slot if we leave too late to book in.

Thanks in advance. :goodvibes

I can maybe help with one of your questions! I stayed at the HNY in May and for breakfast you don't need to book a slot in that hotel. You can go anytime between 7am-11am.

Thanks for the quick reply Scottishgirl.

That kind of answers my question as that means we can just go to breakfast any time to suit us. I'm guessing as we are going late September it will be low season and this will still be the case.

Thanks all. That settles it then. We'll just turn up when we're ready.

One more question though.....

At the HNY is there be an ideal time to go to breakfast? I'm wondering that if you don't have to choose a slot does everyone tend to all go at the same time, say 8am?

I'd still say that the earlier the better as most people seem to eat breakfast between 7:45(ish) and 8:30.

We always try and get a 7am ressie or a 9:30 one :thumbsup2

Thanks cap'njack. I think we'll play it safe and get there early - more time in the parks then!! In any case, I think our 2.5 year old will be up and at 'em well before 8am...

At the HNY, you could either go for early breakfast, to be ready for Extra Magic Hours at the park from 8am, or you could go back to your hotel after you've had your fill of Extra Magic Hours, and have breakfast then. I have to admit, even though the HNY is so close to the parks, I don't think I'd be able to tear myself away from the fun of the parks once I got in there, to stop for breakfast :).

We went to the park early, and then back to the hotel for breakfast, various times and never had any problems with seating/quantitiy of food etc.

Love the HNY :thumbsup2

Thanks all,

This clears everything up. We've just now got the problem of a hefty 23 sleeps until we are there!
