I remember reading a few comments before where people had varying degrees of success with getting AP discount on hotel bookings prior to getting the actual pass. Has anyone done this successfully recently? Or can you point me to the relevant threads - the blue dog is huffing with me, I can't even get a hit on 'AP'.

Also, which is the best phone number for booking? I've phoned a couple of times recently with queries and came off the phone feeling kinda flat. The first time I used the phone to book I came off the phone feeling like I had been injected with pixie dust - the CM was so lively and helpful - but these last two were like double glazing sales :confused3

Another also, when booking online how can you tell if the offers apply to the hotel and period you're booking - I'd hate to assume I've booked the free food offer only to discover I'm an idiot and can't see the obvious.

Tks

I can't help with the temporary AP question I'm afraid.

I always use the 08448 008111 number to book, but like you, I get mixed responses. Some CMs are so helpful are friendly, others just sound bored - but then, its a contact centre, so folk are bound to have off-days aren't they? If I don't get the service/quotes I'm looking for first time round, I just try again later.

When you price up online, you see in the hotel description the price, and exactly what offers you're getting (ie you'll see "kids under 12 stay and play free" and/or "free meals" etc) in the description column as you scroll down the page, once you've put in your dates, numbers in your party, ages etc.

Wow, you're on the ball tonight Elaine. Thanks for the info. The reason I was worried about the offers applying to my 'booking' was that the kids under 7 offer was listed and no-one in the party is under 7. I had read that the offers are not always available on every date for every hotel, so wanted to be doubly doubly sure. I've just discovered that the flights we booked are now on sale at £200 less in total so I'm being extra careful not to make any more boo boos.

when i booked my trip the guy on the phone went through the offers with me. so i would check on the disneyland paris site first and then ring but be sure to ask the person on the phone what offers apply.
