Hi everyone :wave2: This is my first time posting so I apologise if this is in the wrong place.
I've seen a lot of threads about Eurostar pricing, so I thought I should share with you all the deal we were able to get this year by booking through Expedia.
We found that when buying our package through Expedia (comprising Eurostar and hotel stay) the price of the Eurostar tickets were subsidised to £45 per person, they just don't break out the cost for you like that.
When we paid for our Expedia package, the Eurostar tickets were payable directly to Eurostar and deducted seperately.
We subsequently found a great deal on our hotel as part of the NHS 50% discount with Disney direct that was too good to pass up,so we cancelled our Expedia package but because the Eurostar tickets had been booked and paid for seperately (even though all booked through Expedia), our Eurostar tickets remained valid !
So we ended up paying only £45 per person for a return Eurostar trip from St.Pancras!
