Companion Washrooms

Is there a listing of Companion bathrooms in the parks anywhere (I would swear I've seen one)?

My mom needs assistance in the washroom and I'm thinking two of us helping her would be better than just one. If it's not possible for it to be me and her helper, it would have to be my Dad with one of us so I don't think he'd want to enter the ladies washroom.

It has pictures and descriptions of the ones in Epcot. I have not gotten that far with the other parks, so there are just location lists for the other parks.

There is a list of companion facilities on another website,...sorry to do this to this lovely website, but I often get so weak that I MUST have a steadying hand holding on to me. (I have not responded enough to be able to post a link on hereyet, so I have to do the proceeding info the longer way) They have each park's companion facilities listed on allears.net. I will cut and paste the pertinent info (crediting allears.net/pl.restrooms.htm as I do):

All First Aid locations have companion-assisted restrooms.
