Well what kinds of things trigger your seizures? It's hard to give advice, but these are the things that are smooth, not jarring, not "thrill" rides, and don't have lots of flashing lights -
Magic Kingdom:
Tomorrowland Transit Authority
Astro Orbiter, if you're not afraid of heights
Monsters Inc Laugh Floor Comedy Club
Tomorrowland Speedway
Carousel of Progress
Cinderella's Carousel
Dumbo
It's a Small World
Winnie the Pooh
Snow White
Peter Pan
Liberty Belle Riverboat
Hall of Presidents
Country Bear Jamboree
Tom Sawyer Island
The WDW Railroad
Jungle Cruise
Pirates of the Caribbean
Swiss Family Treehouse
Magic Carpets of Aladdin
I would definitely avoid:
Space Mountain
Stitch's Great Escape
Mickey's Philharmagic
Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Enchanted Tiki Room
At Epcot:
Spaceship Earth
The Seas with Nemo and Friends - somewhat questionable as there is one part with funky visuals that make me somewhat dizzy.
Turtle Talk
Living with the Land
Circle of Life
The Gran Fiesta Tour
Maelstrom
Avoid:
Mission Space
Test Track
Soarin
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Hollywood Studios:
I havent been there in ages, so I dont really feel like I can say.
Animal Kingdom:
Festival of the Lion King
Kilamanjaro Safaris
Conservation Station
Pangani Forest Exploration Trail
Maharaja Jungle Trek
Flights of Wonder
Kali River Rapids, but only if you want to get SOAKED
Finding Nemo The Musical
Avoid:
Expedition Everest
Primeval Whirl
Dinosaur
It's Tough To Be a Bug
Hope this helps!
Have a great trip!

Hollywood Studios:
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Studio Backlot Tour
1 Man's Dream
Great Movie Ride - some loud parts
The American Idol Experience
Toy Story Mania (3-d)
Muppets (3-d)
Avoid:
Rockin' Roller Coaster
Tower of Terror
Star Tours - very shakey and is 3-d
Umm maybe Lights moters action extreme stunt show and india jones stunt show spectacular because they are very noisy and have a lot of gasp moments that make you gasp, and fire is involved with both, very loud, but if noise and scary stunts dont bother you, go ahead and try them!

I was about to reply to this myself, until I saw how old it was. My wife suffers from seizures, and I'd kinda disagree with some of the "Disagree" rides. She can go on some of them with no problem. But I guess it depends on how sensitive your seizure triggers are. (well, looks like I'm replying anyway).
But from the "Completely Avoids", here are the ones she has no problem on (again, even if she's ok, doesn't mean you will be.... so just our experience):
Mickey's Philharmagic
Haunted Mansion
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
Enchanted Tiki Room
Test Track
Soarin
Honey I Shrunk the Audience
Expedition Everest
It's Tough To Be A Bug
Tower of Terror
