I was thinking about going over to Boma for dinner after our day at AK. My only problem is I'll have 2 people that use scooters. We have one keeping a scooter with us at all times and one that we will be getting at the parks. How far of a walk is it from the bus stops inside to Boma? The resort map makes it look like a long walk, but I know those can be deceiving.

The bus stop at AKL to the entry way of BOMA is not far at all. Maybe takes at most, a couple of minutes to get to the resort door, and a couple minutes to get to BOMA.
I love eating there. YUMMY!

Thank You! I knew I couldn't walk from AK. I was meaning the bus stop at AKL. I didn't make myself clear. We plan to take the bus from AK to AKL and then dinner at Boma.

You were clear, I just did not read well at first. I was editing my comment while you were typing yours, so that does not show up in my comment now.
I love BOMA for breakfast as well. My favorite place to eat.

You can also cut a few steps off by cutting through the gift shop instead of walking to the main doors. It is also a bit of an uphill climb, but not real bad.

We just returned from AKL - only did one night of our trip there. Now, granted, we were exhausted as it was towards the end of our trip and I was starting a cold, but after returning from the MK that night - gosh, I thought the walk was terribly long! Longest I've ever seen for a resort's bus stop. Wildnerness Lodge is a decent walk, but not as bad as this. Was it doable, yes. But I complained the entire walk! Now as I said, starting a cold, we were all beat - not to mention we're used to values that drop you off right out front, so guessing we're a bit spoiled!
But I think it is doable and you will be fine and Boma will make it all worth it! Once you get into the resort, not far at all to Boma - not to mention, is a gorgeous resort to visit!
oh, and following day when leaving resort to catch a bus... have to say, didn't really notice the walk that much now that we were refreshed!
