Swan/Dolphin government discount?

Several years ago, we stayed at the Dolphin for a really great rate for government employees. I just checked their website and only found a discount for teachers, nurses, military, and Florida residents. Did they do away with government employee discounts?

I just checked over the weekend and government rate was available then. I used the www.spg.com website.
