On another thread it mentions that Remy is no longer making an appearance - is that right and if so, is he likely to return (by Christmas?)
Oh and are there any vegetarian options?

Remy was there when we were a few weeks ago. I think it was Nikki who said he wasnt there when she went and we have been since so maybe she was just unlucky and he was having a holiday
I think Diane has said she had trouble finding vegetarian options for her DD - theres always Ratatouille there and lots of salad options - there was pasta but the sauce for it had meat in. theres also been potato wedges each time we've been
Theres lots of yummy puddings though

as this has been moved into a seperate thread (as its not a review) I thought Id mention that the original question was about the Restaurant des Stars as its not now obvious

We had a fantastic meal in here on Monday, my daughter is a veggie, but she had a good plateful of food, including plain pasta, pot wedges and salad....there were a few more options that was just what my daughter had.
Remy was also there with the chef when we went :thumbsup2
We really enjoyed the whole experience, the restaurant was clean, calm and cool....with great food options....for 2 adults and 2 children it cost us 68euros which we thought was pretty good.

We were going to eat here in May, and they told us at the desk that he would not be appearing due to technical difficulties. Maybe people are elaborating on this when they don't see him there, and assuming he mustn't be there anymore? We saw him on our last trip a few weeks ago though, and he is AWESOME! :)

I read somewhere that they took him over to Epcot for a few weeks to show people over there.

Thank you - I had read somewhere that he had moved to WDW but glad that this is only his twin:goodvibes
Plain pasta looks good for DD - did anyone notice if they had cheese and tomato pizza slices as this usually goes down well - do they have a kids buffet area at all?

They have pizza slices but Im sure they werent just cheese and tomatoe - i think they had meat on them.
They dont have a childrens buffet area -its all together but the pasta, pasta sauce, meatballs and pizza that the children tend to go for is all together at one side but adults were eating these as well and children were eating the other stuff.
There is cheese to go with the pasta as well (parmesan) but for some odd reason its in a dish with the starters so people were getting the pasta and then going back to the starter bit to sprinkle cheese on
