List of participating restaurants for DDP

Hi there ;)

Where do I find the restaurant list that is allowed on the DDP .. I'm thinking of adding it, but trying to see if it's worth-while for us --- if the table services are worth it is my main concern...

Ex - whispering canyon - is that part of the table service? We were thinking of going there, and i've found their menu -but don't see a kids menu..
