LOL- That wasn't a drinking cup it was a Popcorn Cup! It was 7.50 euros but worth it as you got double the ammount as a large popcorn with no cup (3.50 euros) Newport Bay was lovely- we had 7.30 breakfast everyday and tables were never all full. Our room was on same floor as reception in the west wing overlooking lake which was a lovely position- pool is brill too. Enjoy every minute. xx

Lol- I was a bit mean and told him it did come out- and if he managed to get it out he could keep it- there was actually 5 more photos of him trying to do it but didin't want to bore others with them!!

Welcome home!

This smell is the only thing I remember about DisneyWorld in Florida (when I was 8)and it was on my 1st things to do at DLRP list!! We lived off it!! xx

Wow great photos! Thanks for sharing :)

Can I just ask how you found getting photos with the characters? We're off in a few weeks and although I'd love my 2 year old to get some photos with the characters part of me thinks if its as stressful as I remember in the past I might be best off not trying ....

Glad you had such a good trip.

The organised ones at Liberty arcade, Casey's corner, stage at side of castle and woody's round up were well organised and very stress free- Woody's round up was good because you got 3 characters and 1 que! For all the other characters in Disney Park it was a bit of a scrum- Geni was rude, and even though I stood patiently (my DS was very shy at going forward) he still didn't acknowledge our exsistance- so I walked off from him- his loss!! Jess was the last photo DS really wanted so I stuck my elbows out for her as I wasn't leaving Disney without hers!! lol.
The studios seemed a breeze compared to park- tic and tac (chip n dale) seemed to be always out with Lilo and Stitch, and never seemed too many people round them, infact Tac took my habd at one point cause DS's pen wouldn't work so he took me to a CM to get one that did.
Buzz and Remi were organised and really short que's for mid August!
The rest were in Cafe MIckey which i'd highly recommend to anyone- we got 9 photos in there completely stress free and Hook even made DS eat his Pizza which was fab as he'd eaten nothing all hoilday!

I think it opened at three although i'm sure when we check-in the CM said 2pm. We went around 4pm and there were sunbeds still not taken- was nothing like Majorca pools in high season- lol. Was very relaxing. Loads of floats and armbands on a big trolley there for anyone to use which was fab- although they did sell all that in Hotel shop for some reason?!
The pool was a great place to relax and recharge before heading back out for tea.

Yes it does open at 3. You have to go through the indoor pool to get to the outdoor one.

Hi...welcome back...we have just got back from the NPB too! We paid for the A/F and we wish we saved our money! Sounds like you had a better room then us!

The storm was amazing wasnt it! My daughter and husband had just come off the TOT when it started! :scared1:

I agree, the Woodys roundup meet n greet was a high light for us too.

Off to have a peep at your pics :)
