Flights from Chicago

Don't know if this might be of interest to anyone, but Orbitz has a link on their front page (www.orbitz.com) saying that Spirit Airlines (haven't heard of them, but then again, I'm in the SE) is having a sale on fares for the summer and fall.

Looks like Chicago to Orlando is $137 (before taxes and fees, of course). Again, I don't know if this is really a good deal since I never fly out of Chicago :) But, thought it might be of interest to someone.

American Airlines is currently offering rountrips from Chicago O'Hare, IL, to Orlando, FL, for $135 (plus taxes and airport fees). Valid departure dates are 07/10/02 through 09/14/02. Valid return dates are 07/14/02 through 09/15/02.

This is a very good deal. Of course, there are all sorts of restrictions and rules.

Usually, I consider any roundtrip between Chicago and Orlando to be a good deal if it's under $200 including all taxes and fees.

I suppose I'd better mention Disney Cruise Line to keep this post on topic on this board. Okay, neighbors! Take a cheap roundtrip from Chicago and take a Disney cruise. There. Now it's on topic.
