Cancellation Policy

Made my first ressie yesterday. Asked about cancellation policy and was told that you can cancel up to 31 days prior to arrival, and your points would go back into your account. But, then she said something to the effect that when you re-book using those points, it would have to be within a 60 day time period before your first day of arrival. Is that correct? :confused:

That is if you cancel 30 days or less, the points going into a holding account and can only be used 60 days before arrival. 31 days or more, they go back into your acccount as normal (although you have to watch your banking deadlines if you plan to bank them).
