What is the advantage of sitting in the family section on the Eurostar? Looking at the key you don't seem to get a table!

Would we be better choosing a section with a table?

Any recommendations would be gratefully received.

We've not been on eurostar before but when we booked we were put in the family carriage and the guy on the phone said that there are drop down tables so that we could put the pram between us if we needed extra room.

We thought it'd be better for us as our DD is 18mths old and won't sit still for long so we thought as it'll be families in there a. prob other kids to keep her entertained and b. if she got crouchy we wouldn't get those "can't you shut your child up looks"

lol heres hoping!!! :confused3

I know carriage 18 is part of the family section and you do get tables in that area.

wE are in coach 18 should we stick to the family section or move to a tabled area. There will be me, OH DS2 and DD4. DD loves a table as she likes to draw and we take plastercine (cant spell). DS won't have a prebooked seat.

What would you recommend?

I would stick to that section, they all have pull out tables in that carriage.
