DH doesn't really "dress up" for trips, but I would like to make him a mickey head military style - but I don't have a sewing machine... I was thinking maybe an iron on or something, but not really sure? Anyone have any ideas? We leave on Thursday.

This is awesome. So how do I make a tshirt with this design? Do I just print it on transfer paper? Any special kind that withstands washing?

Haven't made any transfers yet myself but there are a number of threads with instructions. I bumped one yesterday so it shouldn't be too buried yet...also, the packages are quite good at telling you how to do it. Just know you need DARK transfers...
