Escape Brides who use outside photography

Hi,

We have booked Randy Chapman to do our photography the day of our wedding, as I love his work.

As the escape package already includes photography, will they let us take a credit from that package, and put it towards our Magic Kingdom Photo Shoot?

In the past Disney was letting brides exchange their wedding photo coverage for a honeymoon shoot (but not the Magic Kingdom photo shoot). Recently I haven't heard of brides being able to exchange for ANYTHING:sad2: It never hurts to ask your WC though- the worst they could say is no

I have Randy Chapman too. DFTW allows the Disney Photographer to take pictures for 2 hours for your ceremony. However, they should be considered back up only. They will not get in the way of Randy. Randy runs everything. From what I heard this has worked out nicely and there haven't been any issues...YET. ;)

There are no exchanges or credits available for the photography included in the Escape package, unfortunately.

In general, most outside photographers have a clause in their contracts that prohibits you from having another photographer working while they are.

If Randy doesn't have a problem with this, great! But in general you will not find many pros who would agree to have Disney there shooting too. :thumbsup2
