If you couldn't go to your "favorite" resort, which one would you go to?

The Dolphin is definetly our favorite resort when we go to WDW but if we couldn't go there, I would love to try the AKL!!:)

My favorite resort is the Grand .. but if I couldn't stay there, I would choose either AKL or BWI.

We usually try a new resort everytime we go, so we are equal opportunity resort guests. The only resorts that really doesn't do anything for us are AS and Pop Century. We have never had a bad experience in any resort we have stayed at, thus far, though. We were very pleased with the Contemporary, though!

All the resorts are my favorites, even the All Stars. Each one has something special to add to any trip. The ones I really want to try sometime is Wilderness Lodge (next trip) and Beach Club (to be named later). And AKL would be nice. And the Grand Floridian. And, and, and...

My favorite is the Polynesian and DH's is the WL. If we couldn't get in there, or it is too expensive for the trip at the time, we would stay at POR. (the orginal PO) My family likes how small it is. It's a nice place to just walk around and not have to worry about getting lost or running out of steam before we get back to the room. ;)

Between Piglet203 and I we've stayed at the All-Star Music Resort, the All-Star Movie Resort, Port Orleans French Quarter, Carribbean Beach Resort, and Coronado Springs Resort. We both loved the Coronado and decided that was our favorite. During our stay at WDW/CSR, we went to the Polynesian for dinner and we are going to honeymoon there in two years. It will definitely be our favorite resort. We'd like to stay at the Port Orleans Riverside next, but it might not be within our budget. As long as we're in WDW, we don't really care that much where we stay, as long as we're having a great time.

I think you may mean PO-FQ, the original PO. PO-R was originally Dixie Landings.

So far of the resorts that I've stayed at or remembered staying at AKL was my favorite. We are planning on eventually staying everywhere but sometimes money just doesn't allow. If we couldn't stay at AKL but had the money I'd try OKW. If we didn't have the money I'd go with CBR.

We have stayed at so may resorts (POR, POFQ, CBR, CSR, ASMu, ASMo, ASSp, CR, Poly, and the Swan). Our favorite is CBR, but we are always into trying new resorts - so it would not bother us if we did not get our first choice of resorts. We would like to try YC/BC and AKL.

If YC was all booked I would stay at BWI, but I do love Poly but I like the fact I can walk to Epcot and back, be close to the board walk and have a shoort ride to MGM.

If I couldn't stay at the Contemporary (my fav) I would choose the Beach Club (if I could afford it) or go back to the All-Star Music to save some $. I like the way ASMus is laid out and everything is efficient there.
