My husband just informed me that his club from school (he's a school teacher) is having a fund-raiser on Monday-he would like me to make an appetizer or two. They are catering to a women's group of 40-it is at 6pm but was told to do light appetizers. They already have chicken salad appetizer, fruit tray and deviled eggs along with one desert. I am trying to find out just how many different appetizers we should have and how much to make (quantity-wise). Any help would be appreciated!!
