Myself, DH, DD (16) and DD (12) will be at ASMo the first week in August. Even though my girls are older, we've decided to stay at ASMo to be "engulfed" in the Disney magic - we're all still very young at heart! I'm thinking we'd like to request either the Buzz or Woody buildings (love TS), 3rd floor (figured this would be quieter, plus thought we'd save the lower floors for people who will be carrying younger sleeping children to the room), facing Andy's room (girls would rather see this than the parking lot). Will we be sorry - will this location be extremely noisy? We don't need absolute peace and quiet, as we'll probably spend little time in the room. Please give me some advice or suggestions on a room request/location. Thanks and have a happy 4th!!!

Hello ShannonP- We've stayed at ASMo 3 times and it never seemed too noisy anywhere we were. I preferred Toy Story Bldg. We were one of those people carrying child to the room, so our ground floor room #9712 near the smaller parking lot was a blessing. It always seemed noisier at ASSports, probably due to the large amount of cheerleaders that seem to like that hotel. This resort is so compact, that no matter which area you're in, it a short walk to everything. Enjoy your vacation.

We had a room in the Woody bldg. overlooking Andy's room -- our granddaughter loved it.
We didn't notice alot of noise (as posted previously we found Sports & Music to be much louder).
Any building is nice and if you can't get Toy Story you can still walk over and play in Andy's room.

You know what....DH and I were in the ASMu Calypso building and even though we were right by the pool, our room was still fairly quiet. I suppose it was because we were on the backside of the pool. We will be visiting again in May and I'm looking for that Calypso or Jazz building...don't care which one as they are both near the food court and busses!! :p :o

Thanks for the advice. I guess I'll just request Woody or Buzz, non-smoking, facing Andy's room, and not specify a floor. I'm sure we'll be happy with whatever we get. Thanks again...:)

We like Love Bug Bldg 7, courtyard view. Nice view of the fountains and not a bad walk to the food court, you pass the hammock on the way.. We usually have a rental car and bldg 7 has some nice close parking spaces.
