I can't seem to get any rates, packages, etc. to come up on Disney website. I can look at my vacation, ressies, ADR/dining and stuff, but unable to look at room rates or discounts??? Just a blank blue Disney page.:confused3
I called & talked to a cm and they said they haven't heard anything about the site having problems or being down. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong---is it just my computer?

I'm having the same problem. Cleared my cookies too. My computer tells me that the page is having errors. Just another Disney glitch. I would just try again later.

I booked through the phone yesterday. I did tell them that the site was down yesterday as I got a message on the site saying they were having trouble and to call the disney line.
I got the room only rate of 74/night at pop using a code I found on another website.
The website had the wrong rate listed but the code worked.

Let me guess - you guys are using Windows Internet Explorer as your browser? ;)
Disney's system is having conflicts with version 8 of IE. They are aware of the problem, but only 20% or so of IE users have been upgraded to version 8, so Disney's isn't too concerned about this problem at the moment.
Solution? Install another browser, such as Firefox instead and you will be able to use Disney's site with no problems. :thumbsup2

Thank-you SO much---it works again!!! Er-hem, I guess it's a good thing, although I was getting SO much done, w/o constantly checking 'this' resort or 'that' rate. LOL!
Hmmm...now what was it I was going to check again ...
