Which restaurants allow you to order a smoothie with your DDP meal?

Not speaking of alcoholic drinks....What restaurants include frozen/smoothie drinks with your DDP meal?

Any favorites you can suggest?

I know Le Cellier use to allow the smoothie on the DDP, but only one no refills on that, if they still do is the question.

At Sci-Fi we were able to order milkshakes as our drinks.

Grand Floridian Cafe allows you to get a smoothie. Whispering Canyon Cafe allows the bottomless milkshakes I believe.

We've had smoothies/milkshakes at Whispering Canyon, Kona, the Wave, 50's Prime Time, and Le Cellier. We've had virgin drinks (daqueries and pina colavas) at Flying Fish, California Grill, Kona, and Mama Melrose.
