Hope I'm not brothering you but I've reading your posts and looking at your pictures could you tell me how to post a picture here if you have time

I tried to respond via PM and email but you are set up to not receive?
First you need a place to host your pictures. I personally use Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/)- which gives you the first 200 files for free and after that it's like $25 a year for unlimited photos and videos. There are a lot of others- you may have one already.
Once you get your pictures online then you can put links embedding them in a post. You just pick the size you want to post- I use 1024 Wide.

Then you right click the properly sized image and copy the URL (image address which ends in .jpg)- then you click on the little yellow square icon on the message menu that says 'insert image' when you hover your mouse over it. It will give you a window and you paste the url into it and click okay. That will put the url into the message with [img .... /img] brackets around it. That will post the image.
I thought there was an 'official post on it somewhere- maybe someone can put up a link.
