How popular are the Grand Villa 3BRs?

I was just wondering since they have decided not to have the GVs in VWL or BCV. I heard in the BCV interview that this was a space consideration. Still, I am disappointed that BCV will not give me that option from time to time. It seems even adding a couple GVs would add to the overall appeal of the property to prospective owners.

Any ideas?

If you really need the space you could do a 2-BR and a 1-BR or a 2-BR and a studio.

Okay.... lets say the offered three GV... I dont know how much of an option that would be, most of the time. A lot of disapointment involved. Harder to get than Cinderella's Royal Table....

I would imagine by not putting GV's into the Beach Club (or VWL) they got alot more units in per floor. Those GV's are BIG.

I own at the BWV and am planning a big family vacation in early spring 2004, and points wise getting 2 two-bedroom homes would be a better "deal"than the GV, but my wife loves the idea of everyone being together, and the common area in the GV's is much larger than the one or two bedrooms. Guess I'll be calling 11 months out to book!!

Bob is correct. In last nights interview with the resort's manager, it was confirmed that the decision to not have grand villas at BCVs was a function of maximizing space. BCVs does not have the luxury of space that a resort like OKW has.
