To all of you who answered my post about "my husband isn't convinced", I would just like to say "thank you!!!"
We got our packet in the mail two days ago and after my husband re-read your posts, he made a list of questions and called our guide. He over-nighted the contract and we will be reading it tonight.
He is still waivering, but I think he close to giving in.
Thank you, all, again, for all of your most knowledgeable input.

Congrats! I hope it all works out for you, and we can all welcome you both home soon!
Congratulations, Kathyg.
I can relate - I was in the same boat with my DH. But, 5 years and 3 add-on's later - he's singing DVC's praises as much as I am!
Good Luck with your purchase!

Don't let him off the hook now!! Call in your guide if you need to. Good luck - it took me 7 years to convince my spouse.

My DH was pretty tough to convince until he needed a 15th anniversary gift for me that he knew I would go ga-ga over.......
200 DVC points!

Well, if you ever need one more kick....
Me and my husband were not convinced either. We were broke at the time of our honeymoon. I just wanted to check out BWV, and walked in. Sales guide was not pushy at all, but we looked at the numbers, we look at ourselves, and say ok. We bought the min # of points (150). That was in 1997.
Now, we have it paid off. We've family reunions in WDW and friends gathering in HH. I'm treating my family in BCV in 2 weeks. Without DVC, I'd never be able to treat families like this. Everyone is surprised at the service, the "price" and the quality of the resorts.
It's a good thing.

kathyg,
Congratulation & good luck! Let us know if your husband signs the contract.
 If he doesn't, you can just "forge" his signature. ;)
