78 dedicated 2 bedrooms

74 2 bedroom lockdowns

36 studios

Twin one bedrooms ( term used, take to mean 2 of them)

Of the above total 29 are handicap.

I guess with all the combination there are 282 keys according to the manager.

If you got these numbers from the interview with BC's GM, I think he said there were 20 one-bedroom villas.

It was a good interview. Wish I could have tuned in to the chat last night but had to go to DD basketball game. I wonder if anyone asked about a food court or other options for quick meals at BC.

Yes it was 20 One bedrooms. Total 282 keys or 208 Units. If you broke the 74 lock offs into seperate 1 bedrooms and Studios that is how you come up with the 282 number.

He commented some about restaurants saying they have looked at expanding Beaches and Cream but are afraid it will ruin the atmosphere...there are no plans to have anykind of food court or quick food option....no plans for new restaurant at all---

Amazing given the addition of like a thousand additional guests by my estimate from the number of new rooms....I guess they will all be eating in the kitchens of the villas...

Just a few more statistics:

Apparently 95% of the BCV Villas are non-smoking, 7 percent are Epcot view, and if I remember correctly, 20 percent are courtyard view and 30% are pool view. The cast member I was speaking with said two interesting things:

First, she says that the epcot view rooms are (mostly) also parking lot view rooms.

Second, she said that she stayed in a pool view room last week, and could see the fireworks from her balcony.

Just wanted to pass on this info.

To JonHM

What kind of view do the remaining 43% villas have at BCV?

They closed the Yacht Club Galley restaurant a while ago. Has it been reopened as something else? Maybe now they will have enough guests to support it.

The Yacht Club Gallery has been re-opened for breakfast and lunch only. If they numbers demand it, they will consider re-opening it for dinner.

Thank you for taking the time to post the room info. I was curious about how things broke down.
