The original press release indicates 205 units. I'm not sure how that works into the numbers you are quoting.

Yes, this is at the BCV. And the numbers were acutally:

74 Lock Off Two Bedrooms

21 One Bedrooms

Which he (Sam) said equals 282 Keys or 208 Rooms. The Keys amount refers to Lock off split into two rooms.

The numbers are actually one number off if you add them up.

I thought the GM said 20 1 bedrooms, so maybe that is where the total is off.

I'm pretty sure the BCV disclosure papers which I just read Monday night stated that there were 20 one-bedroom units. I was shocked at the low number until I realized that the lock-offs provide potential for more if they are used separately.

The inventory numbers he gave last night may be DVC inventory.
DVD will declare villas into DVC inventory slightly ahead of the unit sales to members. The number may not include developer (DVD) owned villa inventory.
Think there will be around 278 (?) villas in the DVC inventory once BCV is sold out. This should be in the documents file you receive when you buy or add-on. Do not have the info at work.

Debbie B... I bet your right, it was probably 20 One bedrooms and I heard 21 One bedrooms. So that would make the final numbers add up correctly to:

I stand corrected. went back and reviewed the tape and he did say 20 one bedrooms. The old ears. seems the only thing they can hear right now a days is dinner is ready.
