Live from BLT

Bryan and I spent our first day at BLT.. Wow what a great place! They did a fantastic job. We basically spent the entire afternoon and evening checking out the place. Our room overlooks the Bay Lake. We can see the Epcot fireworks from our balcony.

We went to the Top of the World Lounge and got to meet Mike! What a super guy. We are sorry to know that he has the next few days out. The lounge is great. The view of the fireworks was awesome from the viewing deck.

We had a few great drinks and a flat-bread pizza.. A BLT!. Was very good! Anybody who stays at the DVC BLT should make a trip up to the lounge.. you will not be disappointed!

Well anyhow.. another great morning here. Had breakfast at Kona Cafe and went to the MK for a while. We got through many of the rides in just about 3 hours..... Going to hang out at the pool for the afternoon and see the sites.

BLT has really been beautiful so far. Two things so far.... the studios are a bit smaller than others... but still very comfortable and make sure you bring your room key with you everywhere around here. They really do have this place locked up like a bank. Pool, all exterior doors, Lounge...observation deck. No problems if you remember your card.

Well off to the pool, going to see Pam Brody tonight at Epcot UK and than back up to great Top of the World Lounge!

Wow she is a great person. We really enjoyed sitting at the bar tonight with Brucie. Lots of fun. They have a few flatbreads up in the lounge as well as lump crab nachos! They were great as well. Overall was a great day! Tuesday is our last day at BLT as we will move over to OKW until next Sunday. We will be going back to the lounge on Tuesday Night. If anyone wants to know anything at all about BLT or whatever... just fire away..

Hopefully we might get to meet a few more people over the next few days.

You guys (and gals) do know how to liven up a thread... lol!
