Michelle at MS helped me organize my points!!

She was great! I now have a handle on my points.........how many I have left and if they were regular or banked points......when I need to bank the remaining if I have too (I can wait until the second banking time)! She was wonderful and didn't get aggrevated with me!!

I also changed my first week ressie to VWL because it is DH's favorite resort and he has been working so hard this year I thought I'd surprise him!!! We still couldn't get time at VB (on points anyway), so the waitlist didn't work for us!!

I am now going to try to learn how to use the point calcualtor that has been talked about............
