We're going 9/4! No costumes for any of us. My kids won't have their H'ween costumes yet for this coming Halloween and all my son has is Star Wars costumes from past years which will be way too hot.
I made Tshirts so we'll be going as a dorky matchy matchy family.;)

We are going 9/29 too. I will be dressed as tinkerbelle and DD5 will be Jasmine. We are the only ones on our party getting dressed up, we do every year.

We're going 10/13. We figured going on the 13th would add to the "spooky-ness" (even though it isn't a Friday). DS11 is getting his 'costume' at the Pirate's League that afternoon. DD8 will be Cinderella . . . again. DW and I will just have our normal "poor people" clothes on . . . just like always! ;)

We're going Sept. 22nd. Not sure what to do for costumes yet since this trip is a surprise for my kids and I'm not telling them until the morning we leave. Might just get some matching Halloween T's... :confused3

We are also going Sept 22nd! My little girl is going to dress up, but I think everyone else in our party are going to get some cute Halloween t's too. That's awesome that you are making it a surprise....what could be more fun? We ABSOLUTELY had a blast last year at the party, and are really looking forward to this year's festivities! :)

I'm really looking forward to it. Plus we are staying at Kidani Village which is even going to be more of a surprise to them!!! It's been so hard not telling them!!!!! I'm not good at keeping secrets like this! :eek: LOL

My family is going for the first time on 10/18 as part of a weekend trip to Florida for my sister-in-law's wedding (in Ft. Meyers).

My kids (DS9 and DD6) know all about MNNSHP from watching videos online and listening to Disney podcasts, but we have never been able to make it down to WDW in the Fall while school is in.

We are not telling the kids about going to MNSSHP on this trip. I can't wait until they realize something is up when we take the exit onto World Drive instead of heading straight to MCO for our flight home.

The kids needn't worry about being able to dress up, we will have costumes (pirate: & princess:) packed away in a suitcase for them.

You are going to have SO much fun! You'll love MNSSHP! Last year was our first visit (and first MNSSHP) and we are now hooked! It's a blast! I love seeing everyone all dressed up, and the trick or treating is great! Plus I love the parade and the fireworks!

October 25th for us, we can't wait - our first time for MNSSHP and for Food and Wine Festival AND for staying at Bay Lake Tower, should be a magical trip, can't get here fast enough!

Take him to the Pirate's league... All guys have a little pirate fantasy in them... And they have adult sizes and such.

Haunted Carriage Ride on Oct. 15th
Food & Wine on Oct. 12 and Oct. 15th

This is our first trip that is NOT in Jan. or Feb. We're very excited about trying out these new events.
