I have booked online & have a blue loews membership, I wasn't asked for my Loews number when booking. I would like to request a park view in tower 3 & understand that these are water views, which I would be allowed at check in, if available. What is the best way for me to make a room request & give my Loews number?

We always stay in Tower 3, for pool view, if you want a park view tower 1 would be probably better, as park view from tower3 is not great
If you want the waterview as a free upgrade you cannot request it, like you said it will be if available when you checkin.
You could call and get them to note on your reservation, for a park view in Tower1, wether you get it or not is another matter as its only a request, and ask for a high floor.

did you give your loews blue youfirst number when you made the ressie?
blue level members can't get the free upgrade prior when making the ressie.
you can request when you check in for the water view upgrade.
if you did not give your # prior, you can call and have it added to your ressie now. Or, you can wait and add it so you get the stay credit when you check in.
the upgrades can be made if a room is available when you arrive.

Thanks Robert, Do you have the number by any chance?
I've haven't had good luck with rooms at RPR. The last three times we have faced the freeway or the parking lot with our king suite.

stephensmum: RPR direct is 407-503-3000. Ask for the front desk or rooms control
damo: As I'm sure you already know a few years ago when they rehabed RPR, they changed half of the king suites to kids suites. All the former water/pool view king suites in towers 1 and 3 are now kid's suites. The best views for a king suite are tower 1 and 2 lowest floor possible. That gives you a view of the water and landscaping as you enter the resort. Floor three or four is about the highest you can get before the valet and parking area comes into view. The king suite views from tower 3 are I-4 and the wantilian courtyard (not great).

Not all water or pool view suites are kids suites in tower 3. I am just back and got the same suite as last year, tower 3 floor 6 room 00, and like the guy at checkin said,i must know someone as its the best suite with view in the hotel
