For the past 2 weeks I am having an impossible time with the walt disney world website. Every time I go to login it gives me an error message, when I request for a new password and then I use my new password it still will give me the error message. What am I doing wrong? My login and password work for the disney cruise line website and I do not have a problem with that?

What am i doing wrong? it's becoming very frustrating TIA!

I have been having this same problem. I also had a new password emailed to me that did not work. I have emailed Disney about the problem, but have not heard back yet. Did you ever find a solution?

never heard back from disney..my only solution was to put anything and everything that I thought my password was in the field provided after numerous tries and error message after error message I finally figured out what my password was just through my own trial and error! and how weird after I "reset" my password multiple times it was still my original password that worked!!!!!.I def put the password in more than one place in case I forget it again..but really there was no help unless you could figure out what your password is..good luck! you are going to need it

always found it much easier to abandon the website, its totally useless!! either call a travel agent (Dreams Unlimited...wink wink) or call disney direct.
