View Full Version : "Singin' in the Rain" Umbrella at DHS

Just for fun... anyone got any good photos of the "Singing in the Rain" umbrella at the Studios? I've never seen it before and am looking forward to finding it on our next trip.

Am I correct in thinking that it is somewhere in the Streets of America? Anyone care to tell me exactly where? Is it usually working?

Nowadays, does the umbrella work ....
or is it a dry one ? Where is the switch that makes it rain ?

By the way ....... GREAT Pictures !

It was working when we were there last, but that was 18 months ago so it could have changed since then. The switch is on the ground directly under the umbrella, you can see it in my pic because my DD wasn't tall enough to stand on it and still reach the handle. It is that square there set into the sidewalk.

Ohhhhhh ......... All this time I thought the switch was on the handle !!! LOL!

I just need to find it! Been to DHS numerous times and have never seen it! I must be blind!

If you walk to the back of the park and pass the "Muppet" theater, you need to head to the "Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show". You will see the umbrella on the right side as you see the stunt show to the left.

You can't tell DD13 (pic is from 2007) was getting rained on because it was already wet that day :( We still had a blast and we were tickled to have finally remembered to seek out the umbrella!
